从艺术与设计出发，我们的探索终将抵达德络托产品的核心。售后市场专区的明星产品是 PHDG 化油器 —— 该产品的专项推广活动于 9 月启动，去年米兰展上，德络托总裁朱塞佩・德络托（Giuseppe Dell’Orto）已携公司管理层首次展示该产品。
PHDG化油器由总裁亲自设计（产品名称即源于其姓名首字母），是德络托在高性能化油器领域专业技术的自然演进，完美融合了传统与创新。

Following the huge success of last year’s edition, where DELLORTO went to great lengths to showcase its DNA inMotorsport, Injection, Electric and Aftermarket, the company is back today with a new narrative: DELLORTO 4RACING. Innovation, performance, design and sustainability: the four pillars used by DELLORTO to show its racing spirit at EICMA 2025 and its connection with Made in Brianza.

The art of movement born in Brianza meets Deodato Arte and Mr. SAVETHEWALL
The dialogue between engines and art finds its most intense expression in the collaboration with Deodato Arte and the artistMr. SAVETHEWALL, author of an original 100×150 cm work dedicated to DELLORTO. A creative concept that transmutes DELLORTO’s passion for mechanics into visual language: a narrative that combines history and industrial strength with aesthetic emotion.
A copy of the artwork will be displayed at the booth, demonstrating the association between technique and inspiration, function and meaning: values that connect art and DELLORTO in the same concept of precision and vision, to share it with the public and make them part of this story.

With Flexform, Brianza meets the world
A visual story that continues in the upper area of the DELLORTO booth, furnished in collaboration withFlexform, a symbol of excellence in Made in Brianza design.
A partnership born from shared territorial and cultural roots, where manufacturing meets vision, and the family becomes the centre of an industrial project that looks to the future without forgetting its history. LikeDELLORTO, Flexform is also a family story, now in its third generation: two parallel paths that share the same philosophy of doing, attention to detail and the ability to change tradition into innovation.
Different worlds, apparently outlying, but with a common way of working: based on expertise, territory and a passion handed down from generation to generation.
DELLORTO 4PERFORMANCE
The Aftermarket area takes the stage with the PHDG carburettor
From art and design, the journey leads tothe heart of DELLORTO products. The star of the Aftermarket area is the PHDG carburettor, which was the subject of a dedicated campaign launched in September and presented last year at EICMA by President Giuseppe Dell’Orto together with the company’s management. Personally designed by the President – his initials make up the name – the PHDG represents the natural evolution of DELLORTO’s expertise in the world of high-performance carburettors: a perfect synthesis of tradition and innovation.
One year after its official debut, it returns as a symbol of continuity and progress. It is installed on the three vehicles exhibited at the stand: a Vespa, a scooter and an Enduro motorbike, the last one is the result of a collaboration with Daniel Valperta – content creator known as ‘il Messicano’ – ambassador of a genuine passion for engines and the pursuit of the best performance in his creations.
Alongside the PHDG, the booth will host iconic motorcycles related to the world of DELLORTO:

From design to the racing track: it is also in the comparison with the racing world that we constantly measure and improve our products. In this context, our institutional commitment with FIM was born and renewed.

Our partnership with theFIM Awards of the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM), the ceremony that celebrates the FIM World Champions, continues. In 2025, DELLORTO will once again be present with the presentation of the FIM Sport Trophy, underlining the continuity of a journey that combines racing identity and innovation. A partnership that finds in the Awards a prestigious moment of recognition and international representation.

Innovation, engineering and sustainability
DELLORTO brings itstechnological vision of the future to EICMA, where mechanics, electronics and sustainability converge into continuous research, made possible by constant investment in innovation and strategic acquisitions.
Among the most recent steps in this direction, it should be noted thatin 2025 DELLORTO acquired 53% of Arca Tecnologie Srl, an Italian company specialising in power electronics, inverter design and the development of control systems for electric and industrial mobility.
The transaction consolidates a path of growth and diversification that strengthens the company’s expertise in the field of electrification, confirming its desire to integrate complementary know-how in order to meet the challenges of the energy transition with increasingly advanced and sustainable solutions.
A constantly evolving know-how, rooted in the Brianza district and developed according to ESG principles, combining precision, testing and responsibility towards the territory and its realities.
DELLORTO has consolidated its position among the world leaders in EURO5+ / BS6.2 injection systems, thanks to an updated range of control units, throttle bodies and fuel pump modules. Competitions are the driving force behind innovation: the development of the Moto3 control unit is constantly intertwined with the evolution of mass production, with developments such as riding modes and traction control. Starting this year, DELLORTO injection systems work with E20 fuels and are already prepared for E30, in line with the Moto3 objective of using 40% defossilised fuel.
TheRide-by-Wire system, with innovative torque-based management, offers cutting-edge solutions and implements control strategies in cooperation with manufacturers. The Lite version now also supports twin-cylinder engines, while the full version is suitable for even more sophisticated applications. The Ride-by-Cable system offers an economical Lite version for simpler single-cylinder engines, while the full version is also suitable for twin-cylinder engines. The new control units comply with functional safety standards and new cybersecurity requirements.
Electronic throttle bodies range from winning solutions in SBK and MotoGP to an innovative concept with fully integrated sensors that is lightweight, compact and affordable. These solutions ensure powerful, responsive yet manageable power delivery, ensuring success not only on the track but also on the road.
The family of fuel supply modules, capable of withstanding E30, can be used in everything from small scooters to maxi motorcycles. Thanks to the modular design of the main components, it can be quickly and flexibly adapted to any tank.
DELLORTO can integrate the fuel rail with the injectors into the throttle body. For the last one, it can draw on the products and support of Dumarey Flowmotion, a world leader in this sector.
Moving on to the offer for electromobility, DELLORTO’s three strong points are confirmed: air cooling, low voltage and modular batteries. These products, created for urban mobility, are now also being applied by DELLORTO in related sectors such as agricultural and industrial applications and energy storage.
The VID is the core of DELLORTO’s electric propulsion system, which manages the operation of the batteries and electric motor, maximising both battery autonomy and performance. The VID is a device that integrates the functions of the VCU, Inverter and DC/DC in a single component.
The modular batteries can be recharged from a standard domestic power source, thanks to chargers available in various sizes to suit every need. A sophisticated BMS system allows the batteries to be used in a coordinated parallel mode. The batteries can be easily removed from the vehicle for recharging or replacement with pre-recharged batteries.
Alongside traction batteries, DELLORTO now offers lightweight, sophisticated 12V lithium starter batteries with a BMS capable of communicating with the vehicle.
In the near future, DELLORTO believes that many motorcycle engines will have some form of electrification, starting with start-and-stop systems, and for this reason, studies and research are at an advanced stage to address the path towards truly sustainable mobility.

An interactive and sustainable experience
As in racing, at our booth, experience is an integral part of performance. An interactive area invites the public to get involved and discover DELLORTO’s values through sustainable activities and gadgets. The company’s choice for this edition confirms its commitment to responsible production, combining innovation, environmental respect and quality. A concrete gesture that confirms sustainability as a corporate culture and transforms public participation into an active part of the DELLORTO story at EICMA 2025.
