晟启低温污泥干化机以其卓越的干燥效能与经济性脱颖而出，综合除湿性能比（SMER）高达4.5 kg·H₂O/kW·h以上，干泥含水率可降至10%以下，相比传统低温干化技术节能超过50%，达到行业标准的两倍。
SHINCCI's low-temperature sludge dryer stands out for its superior drying efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Its comprehensive dehumidification performance ratio (SMER) reaches over 4.5 kg·H₂O/kW·h, reducing the moisture content of dry sludge to below 10%. This represents over 50% energy savings compared to traditional low-temperature drying technology and doubles the industry standard.

1. Highly Efficient, Safe, and Reliable: This equipment boasts powerful drying capabilities, significantly reducing the moisture content of wet sludge to as low as 10%, achieving a reduction of over 80%, far exceeding the industry average. This provides high-quality raw materials for the subsequent resource utilization of sludge.
02 节能降本，提升经济效益
基于 “多效热回收冷凝除湿干化” 技术，设备在能耗方面表现卓越。将含水率80%的污泥干化至 30%，每吨仅耗电160kW・h。此外，全自动化运行模式大大减少了人工投入，显著降低设备损耗和能源消耗等综合运营成本。
2. Energy Saving and Cost Reduction, Improving Economic Efficiency: Based on its "multi-effect heat recovery, condensation, dehumidification, and drying" technology, the equipment offers exceptional energy efficiency. It dries sludge from 80% moisture content to 30% moisture content, consuming only 160 kW/h per ton. Furthermore, the fully automated operation significantly reduces labor input, significantly lowering overall operating costs such as equipment wear and tear and energy consumption.

Combined with a fully enclosed system design, this dual guarantee eliminates odor leakage, effectively reducing air pollution to the surrounding area, achieving truly harmless sludge treatment and providing strong support for ecological and environmental protection.
