2024年1月8日，金纬机械完成对德国考特斯的完全收购，正式全面承接考特斯所有技术与品牌知识产权。这意味着我们在延续德国基因的同时，也注入了新的发展活力。
On January 8, 2024，JWELL completed the complete acquisition of Kautex in Germany, officially taking over all technical and brand intellectual property rights of Kautex. This means that while continuing the German genes, we have also injected new vitality into development.

近年来，考特斯持续专注于高产能吹塑机的研发，如KBB全电动机和KCC双工位往复式液压吹塑机。如今，我们重新将目光投向那些需要快速切换、多品类小批量生产的市场。
In recent years, Kautex has continued to focus on the research and development of high-capacity blow molding machines, such as KBB full electric motors and KCC duplex reciprocating hydraulic blow molding machines. Now, we are turning our attention back to markets that require quick switching and multi category small batch production.

This is a field with sustained growth potential, and for this reason, Kautex announced that it will "rejuvenate and upgrade the classic KEB platform with a history of 57 years, entering a new era".
全新推出的KEB GREY系列，被定位为一款“灵活、紧凑且节能的解决方案，专为复杂部件和包装的挤出吹塑成型而设计”。
The newly launched KEB GREY series is positioned as a "flexible, compact, and energy-efficient solution designed specifically for extrusion blow molding of complex components and packaging".
该系列配备节能型电动挤出机和全新BC6控制系统（搭载24英寸宽屏界面），采用电动挤出+液压锁模的混合设计，完美契合小型企业需要频繁换模、多品类小批量生产的需求。
This series is equipped with energy-saving electric extruders and a brand new BC6 control system (with a 24 inch widescreen interface), adopting a hybrid design of electric extrusion and hydraulic mold locking, perfectly meeting the needs of small businesses for frequent mold changes and small batch production of multiple categories.
其采用的无拉杆剪刀式柔性液压锁模系统，不仅简化了模具更换流程，还为额外装置预留了空间，支持多层共挤、斜颈校准、下吹成型等复杂工艺。
The non pull rod scissor type flexible hydraulic locking system adopted not only simplifies the mold replacement process, but also reserves space for additional devices, supporting complex processes such as multi-layer co extrusion, slant neck calibration, and blow molding.
紧凑型机架集成设计和降低的压缩空气消耗，进一步提高了能源使用效率。KEB GREY系列兼容现有KEB模具，可用于生产大型塑料桶或消费类包装。
The compact rack integrated design and reduced compressed air consumption further improve energy efficiency. The KEB GREY series is compatible with existing KEB molds and can be used to produce large plastic barrels or consumer packaging.
